Travelling by train is a convenient and comfortable way to commute, and there are lots of rail services around London Stansted Airport, making it easy for you to travel to and from work.

Stansted Express offers a direct and fast connection between the airport and central London, with frequent departures from London Liverpool Street Station running throughout the day.

CrossCountry trains connect north of the airport, with trains running to Cambridge, Peterborough, Leicester, and Birmingham, operating an hourly service, seven days a week.

Greater Anglia rail services link London Stansted Airport to various destinations across East Anglia and beyond, including Cambridge, Norwich, and Peterborough.

Stansted Express

Stansted Express provides a direct and fast rail link from central London to London Stansted Airport, with stops at Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow Town, and Tottenham Hale.

CrossCountry

If you live north of the airport, CrossCountry trains connect to Cambridge, Peterborough, Leicester and Birmingham, running an hourly service, seven days a week (the operating hours are different at the weekend, so please check).

The Airport Travelcard can be used on this service (up to Peterborough).
